When you use our health assessment, we collect your responses (age range, gender, weight, diet type, exercise frequency, health goals, and other assessment answers). This data is processed entirely in your browser session and is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly submit it. Assessment data is anonymized — we never ask for your name, email, or phone number.

We also collect basic analytics data (page views, device type, country) through privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or any tool that tracks individuals across websites.

How We Use Your Data

Assessment data is used solely to generate your personalized supplement recommendations in real time. Anonymous, aggregated analytics help us understand which pages and features are most useful so we can improve the platform. We never sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase (database hosting) — stores compound and brand data, not personal information. Hosted in Asia region (Singapore/Mumbai).

Vercel (website hosting) — serves our website globally. See their privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Amazon Associates — when you click an affiliate link, Amazon may set cookies as per their privacy policy. We do not control Amazon's data collection.

Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies: essential cookies required for the site to function, and analytics cookies (if privacy-friendly analytics is enabled). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Amazon may set its own cookies when you visit Amazon through our links — this is governed by Amazon's privacy policy.

Your Rights (India DPDP Act 2023)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold about you (in practice, we hold none as assessment data is anonymous).

• Request correction or erasure of your data.

• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

• Nominate a person to exercise your rights on your behalf.

• File a grievance with us or with the Data Protection Board of India.

Data Retention

Anonymous assessment analytics (if stored) are retained for a maximum of 12 months and then automatically deleted. Compound and brand data is retained indefinitely as it is publicly available research information, not personal data.

Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
